Good move for him. He’s ace on my FM Mobile game :D

Fan from Greece here, Wolves have made offers for Olympiacos' Daniel Podence and AEK Athens' Nelson Oliveira.

I’m not suggesting them give us the money. More loan it us at a favourable rate rather than go to a glorified MoneyShop/Wonga
Wouldn't that be like loaning money to yourself? Surely that would raise eyebrows.

No because Fosun aren’t WWFC Ltd. We already owe money to Fosun, all the money they’ve put in already is secured against the club.

They can put as much money as they want in but only a certain amount can be used in FFP calculations. And this isn’t a cash donation anyway, it’s literally a short term loan which we pay back when the PL give us the money.

It's a common thing having loans from the owner. The only time it comes an issue if it is seen as falsely inflating figures to avoid FFP.

Nelson Oliveira has a 6.5mil Euros release clause, while the offer for Daniel Podence is up to 28-30 million Euros according to the media.

Welcome. I’d like Podence - I think Nuno could really develop him

Oliveira is obviously less exciting but guess he’d just be a back up. I’m surprised if it’s true because he is not necessarily known as having the best attitude?

Not hugely excited by the news from Greece. Don't quite see Nelson Oliveira as a top 6 centre forward...

Olympiacos has long known that Jorge Mendes had suggestions for Daniel Ponce. Indeed, to10.gr had revealed the commitment of the world's top agent to Vangelis Marinakis, that he would offer a 30,000,000 euro bid to his client. And he kept his word. As Olympiacos accepted a formal offer of £ 25,000,000 for the Portuguese extremist. That translates into about 29,000,000 euros.
