That is the opinion on the Caf as well. No way we would sell unless it was for an astronomic amount.
I think Guardiola talked about Neves last year when a reporter asked him a question. Said something along the lines of even if we're interested how can we justify spending £100 million on him. Now I've got no idea where Pep pulled that figure from and he's probably exaggerating to prove a point but whatever his value was last year it's probably gone up since then.
You could take over the final six months of Giroud's contract I suppose but then he plays nothing like Raul.
Where would we play Belotti?
I think we have the same problem as Spurs in that our central strker is top class and to buy better there are about a dozen in the world and why would you want to fix what really isn't broken?
We do need a back up to Raul but I think that had to be a young player we can lean on to be good enough and be prepared to work in 15 minute spells and occupy the bench. Or get in a veteran to do the same job but that seems pretty unlikely given they'd have zero resale value.
