Israel-Palestine

In one that I find difficult to take at face value, since it’s coming directly from a Hamas representative (as opposed to a member of a government organization that exists regardless of the party in power, like the GHM); the ceasefire is falling apart under accusations that Israel have not fulfilled their obligations to allow aid into Gaza. Israel are denying the claim. Hamas have responded by delaying the next prisoner exchange that was planned for this week. To which Israel have said “told you so, can’t trust ‘em”.

It’s a mess; the trust on all sides is irreparable, understandably so but no less disappointing that we may already be returning to more dead civilians.

Thank you TP. A really good listen. From my perspective and life experience such institutional bias has been there across a broad band of themes from the times of Wilson through Heath, Callaghan, Thatcher, Major, Blair, Cameron and Johnson amongst others to today.
