Israel-Palestine

Israel has come under attack literally hundreds of times (as has Gaza), and you suggested that all Jews would all see this as a new dawn, a new day, a new conflict as if nothing had happened before.

He asked them and they all said yes.

You're not comparing apples with apples there though are you PK

9/11 was the first time mainland America had ever been attacked, literally ever, it wasn't part of a long running war/feud/dispute with the Taliban that had gone on for decades.

Well, there was that one time you lot sacked the capital…

It's just impossible to debate with you.

I never said anything like the words you put in my mouth, 'a new conflict as if nothing had happened before'... What are you talking about?

Spend some time reading Jewish reactions to that day ffs. The day after, Israel declared a state of war for the first time in 40 years. 'Worse loss of Jewish life since the Holocaust', 'like fifteen 9/11's'

None of that is even the point, though. You asked how I could 'speak for' millions of people, I answered you (even though the premise was wrong), and you sidestep into more evasive, denying pap

Yes, I disagreed with your answer, you drew an analogy/comparison with 9/11. It's just an entirely different situation.

And yet you did say these words.

It is a new and distinct conflict... It's called the Israel-Hamas War... you may notice just about every news outlet referring to it as such 🙄 it's a distinct war within the wider conflict, just as the Gaza War 15 years ago was, and it's clear to anyone who gives a damn and has eyes that it's a landmark to the Jewish community, and if Israel were already at war, then why did they declare a state of war on the 8th? 🤔

Most importantly, where did I say it was 'a new dawn, a new day, a new conflict as if nothing had happened before', which is the bulk of your fake quote?

Biden, Israel and many Jewish commentators and Israeli civilians have referred to it as their 9/11.

But I guess you know better, Mr 'No Anti-semitism in Corbyn's Labour Party'

It wasn't a quote, it was a perception of your quote above, one that many on here saw the same way as I did.

The sooner PK and EP fuck and get their pent up sexual energy out of their systems it'll be better for them and better for the rest of us. Assuming EP lives in the West Mids I'm roughly half way between the two so am prepared to offer our spare room for an hour for the greater forum good

So it's a new conflict also it isn't as you're not stupid enough to say that it only started on October 7th. Okey doke

It's pretty clear what I meant in the context of the original conversation with Alan last week, and I've already explained it for the hard of thinking, but keep dragging it out if that's all you have to offer 👍

Why did Israel declare a state of war on the 8th if they were already at war?
