Good people of Britain...........PANIC

Still though, stiff upper lip and whatnot

That train crash in mid wales couple of weeks ago which killed a bloke was tentatively put down to leaves on the line, train stopped in the passing place at the top of the hill, on the single track line, was a shade further forward than he should be and gravity took over and bought the two trains together
really? a shade further and off it went? how big and weighty was this runaway?

Always has to be a compromise and it’s difficult to argue against any line drawn on the basis of safety, but I think there’s a fair argument the qualities of determination and resilience are increasingly lacking.

Not sure the move away is doing anyone any favours tbh.

Two carriages into a two carriage coming up the hill, sand box faulty, earlier trains reported track very slippy, speed limit lowered drivers were told to proceed with caution

Lots of flooding in the South Wales valleys today 😔
Saw the lunchtime news, people stood outside their houses scooping up flood water and trying to throw it over the garden fence with a bucket into flood waters. Looked like a scene from a comedy.

Easily said when it’s not your friends or family dieing. The death at work rate now is massively lower compared to your ‘good old days’.

Oh bollocks, our festive tradition

Dafuq are y'all doing Christmas Fayres in December for? Should be doing them mid-November like normal folk...

Bridgnorth lights are normally turned on around 20th November but the Mayor had other plans this year so they were put back to 6th December!

This feels like the warmest, windiest and wettest December we've had for a long time

Tamworth lights switch on cancelled for the second time.
