Good people of Britain...........PANIC

Will have to pop to [enter any supermarket here] dinner time just to make sure they have put
600 snow shovels and 2000 bags of salt out front.
Think i might zip my snorkel right up upon entering.

Went out for a run earlier. It was sunny. Got back 25 minutes later having gone through rain, hail and sleet. Stourbridge appeared to have it's own microclimate for the duration of my run.

As always, it is miserable in Birmingham. It is wet today too.

Been raining all morning but that has now turned into Snow

Snowing just now in Pendeford and Bushbury when I went out but I think it is breaking. Bastard chilly though.

Is that where you're working now?

We've had a couple of work nights out up there and you get some interesting characters knocking about, felt a bit like I'd gone back to the nights out in Walsall from my youth.

Bought a house here last year - don't venture much into the town centre but there are a few decent pubs/bars dotted about.

Current weather situation - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9fhxa8yFb0

Yellow weather warnings now in place for tomorrow and Friday for snow in the East and West Midlands.

They are talking about maybe 2-5cm over higher ground so I don't think I will be rushing out to stock up on essential food supplies just yet. Worth keeping an eye on though.

Brilliant sunshine and blue skies. Tan topping up time!

Clearly fairly windy down here today - train into Salisbury & caught the 10.51 at 11.56 due to trees down on the line (wasn't fussed as had gone for the 11.51 anyway though that wasn't going to arrive until 12.59)

We've had thunder, hail, torrential rain and snow in Bristol this morning.

Roughly Bristol yesterday.
