I really hope that Dawson's exit is managed such that he leaves feeling well disposed to Wolves and in turn with his head held high in the knowledge that he did a great job for us when it was really needed and that he leaves with the full appreciation and thanks from the fans.

Not naming Dawson at all seems a bit wanky without knowing the full story. I mean you'd still rather have him than Pond if there's a defensive injury crisis

Would suggest it's in the legal stages or he would be in.

Surprised he didn't push for it sooner himself to get himself available but then again, he may have but amazingly we have gone "we learnt something from last year, so hold on"...or he has an approach from America ahead of their season starting (March?).

A ton of stuff could be going on really but he is definitely on the verge of officially leaving.
