We’re doing some great DD work here people. Who fancies setting up a Boutique investment house?!

It can't be, that would value us at £500m or thereabouts. Having said that them having their pants pulled down wouldn't be a shock

You wouldn't buy us now. You wouldn't take control in time to chuck money at it in January. If we go down (which has to be more than a 50/50 chance right now) then the value of the asset plummets immediately.

I get all that, but this is the first time anyone in the media has said they are actively trying to sell us.

Wolves in current form are still infinitely more attractive to anyone wanting a PL team, than any team in the championship though though.

You think Championship Leeds are a more attractive proposition to someone wanting a Prem team?
Win tonight and they can go top, win on Saturday and we are still in the relegation zone. Deal wouldn't be sanctioned until the Jan window closing so can't do anything this season. Bigger club, own their own ground, they aren't up for sale as the 49ers have only just bought them, but it's not much of a stretch to say yes.

You’d expect a journo to know what using “buyer” in that context suggests, but this is PTS we’re talking about.
