I wouldn't take everything the club says in press releases on the numbers and plans. Behind the scenes there will be a target of when the work starts. They will know exactly what they want.
They have already had a meeting with my sister in law (she is one of lead council planning lawyers) over necessary road closures.
City game isn't confirmed for that day and time. They will be moving some to the 27th according to this. The below games will be on Amazon Prime Video.
03/12/2019 19:45 West Ham United (h)
26/12/2019 15:00 Manchester City (h)
I assume that would be part of Jack Hayward way closing off for the demolition work when needed. I have no detail at all as she is very secret squirrel about it, but something is at least in the early stages of planning.
Wolves U21s are back in the EFL Trophy for next season. Still completely disagree with it, I'd rather we decline the invitation.
Man United and Liverpool are in for the first time also.

While the opportunity is there, we have to take it. A minimum of 3 decent tests for the U21 players.
The only rule change I would make is no over age players at all. Some teams take the piss (us included when we first entered it but only once v Crewe)
But aren't planned road closures done aeons in advance ?
