General Wolves News

That's the reason (obviously) but I don't understand why it wasn't violent conduct given the elbow (as TT) mentioned.
It was misconduct, which isn't a lesser charge, just a different one. The options available are much more varied than violent conduct which is why I'm surprised he ended up with a smaller ban. The written decision will be interesting given nobody from Ipswich has been charged so any mitigating factors will be minor

I don't think the elbow was bad enough to warrant that.

Don't get met wrong, it could have been, but it's borderline. Cunha definitely means it, but he didn't go full Joao Pedro.

Joao Pedro got 0 games for trying to smash someone’s head off which would have done some serious damage. So if anything this punishment is too harsh

All eyes on Duran who has been charged with improper conduct after he viciously kicked a water bottle after being sent off.

Will a water bottle be treated the same as a pair of glasses

As i said, it was only ever likely to be 2 games, violent was 3, and he was not charged with violent conducy

I hope those that insulted you offer their sincere apologies...
Fishing rod for Xmas? Everything he said bar the guess on the length wasn't true.
Ferdinands 8 game ban for skipping the doping test was misconduct for instance

References to Vitor Pereira and Kevin Muscat in China:-

Having lived and worked near Guangzhou for three years but obviously not anywhere near the level of Oscar I can vouch for the quality of life in China.

PS. I actually went to see an Asian Champions League game of Guangzhou Evergrande against Western Sydney Wanderers in 2015. Great atmosphere in a massive rainstorm, shit concrete bowl facilities, but..... the Aussies deservedly won against a very well funded and successful club.

Dean Saunders: LOL. Still cannot get over how he gets air time!

On Talkshite 4 hours ago today about Man U - who else? 'I was always taught that a good coach, you can shove him at any group of players and he'll find a way of getting that team to win'. (4.02 on the link below).

No wonder Clownders completely failed as a coach.

Saunders can find a way of getting 3 brilliant no.9s in the team - the answer is 24
