I stand by If there’s a legitimate justification for what he was doing then he will get off. He just needs to articulate it.
The “balance of probabilities” says he didn’t as there’s no physical evidence, Johnson’s reaction doesn’t suggest it happened and his after the match interview doesn’t say it did either.
Even if he does get done there will then be an appeal which will drag it on further.
