Well! I honestly thought that wasn't on the cards but delighted it's happened. We are in a mess. £8.2m in debt. Chairman needing to throw in £300k this month to make ends meet and now another management team to pay off. It was a stupid appointment from the start. Never even interviewing is just beyond belief. Chris Turner and the chairman have to take a huge chunk of the blame but now they have the chance to redeem themselves. Applications and an interview process. Not jobs for the boys.

Plenty of time to save our season and perhaps a win next week and a plum third round draw. It's going to be difficult as we are in a rut and can't defend but the season looks brighter (until we appoint Paul Juwell or some other twerp).

I'll stick around. You seem like a good bunch and we have a lot in common now! At least he didn't take us down. For that I'm thankful!
