Dean Watch.

You'd imagine the BBC will be more inclined to use either Savage or Hartson for their TV coverage rather than the gormless one. The Beeb have Wales opening game so he might sneak his way on to the that broadcast I suppose. I'd be surprised if he gets any work on the other games, maybe the highlights?

"I managed Edwards when I was in charge of Wolves and he has a great football brain. When Wales attack, he won't be watching the game. He will be watching Alli and maybe moving a few yards so that when we lose the ball he is in the right place and will not have to chase him

:hmmm:

:icon_lol:

Although the thought of Dave Edwards trying to keep Deli Alli quiet is helping with the intense nausea feeling created by having to listen to Dean Saunders' clueless drivel.

The worst part of that quote is being reminded that he was employed (I refuse to say 'managed') by us.

Insightful as ever Deano!

I love the awkward silences of the panel everytime he spouts shit

I love the awkward silences of the panel everytime he spouts $#@!

He was on about strikers instinct not being coached again and the look on the face of John Hartson was enough to say 'STFU'. Shearer just smirked.

And when he was saying 'waller' in an inane fashion

Why is the headline "Former Wolves manager"? He's done other stuff to known for...Why remind us he was our boss?
We are the biggest team he has managed(and will be)

Predictably he has been atrocious throughout the tournament. I do wonder why TV companies think it'd be a good idea to put him on, they must realise he's an idiot. I've had numerous messages from mates who support other clubs who now understand what I was banging on about from Jan-May 2013.

They can hardly start the argument with 'Colossal Ring Piece Dean Saunders' can they?

He made me laugh on Saturday at half time in the Wales game he was banging on about Northern Ireland parking the bus and not coming out to play whereas if anything (and Shearer pointed this out to him) Norn Iron were offering more going forward than the Welsh.

Deano is now a national celebrity. On 5 live earlier in the week, on Radio WM this morning, and now on BBC for the Wales game.
