No, him and Nunes linked very well against Brentford and Chelsea.Generally applies to anyone paired with Semedo doesn't it?

One out of how many he's played with down that side at Wolves? Sounds like the exception rather than the rule. No, him and Nunes linked very well against Brentford and Chelsea.
Seem to remember he did ok with Neto when he played that side. One out of how many he's played with down that side at Wolves? Sounds like the exception rather than the rule.
I feel that's very harsh, I was a big critic of Costa for most of the season, he was a passenger, however the last month he's been top class. Id like Raul on the bench but JL hates him.I’m not sure I can watch Costa collapse in a heap after running twenty yards again.
Raul absolutely has to be better than him.
And if they’ve had a punch up, might as well play Hwang or Cunha there for mobility’s sake.
Let’s face it, whoever we play as a centre forward is unlikely to trouble those two colossal Brighton centre back beasts.
As a side note. Read it was his Dad Don Megson’s funeral today.Who gave Gary Megson a login?
You are Raul’s wife and I claim my prize! Costa has his limitations but has done very well recently and gives 100% all the time he’s on the pitch, which sadly hasn’t been the case with Raul for some time.I’m not sure I can watch Costa collapse in a heap after running twenty yards again.

His control and effort that won the corner we scored from was excellent.Yeah, he's seen better days and isn't the fastest but the technique is still there, some of his touches are top quality as is his hold up play
I thought Gomes was pretty crap when he came on last night?Only changes I’d consider are Gomes for Lemina and Sarabia for Hwang. Definitely stick with Bueno over Toti.

He wasn’t as good as his previous appearances which were excellent. Always difficult coming on as a sub when the team haven’t strung three passes together in the previous half hour.I thought Gomes was pretty crap when he came on last night?
That’s really harsh. I thought he was excellent against Palace.I’m not sure I can watch Costa collapse in a heap after running twenty yards again.

Indeed, got MOTM in the E&S player ratings tooThat’s really harsh. I thought he was excellent against Palace.
Centre half is the most obvious position which needs to be upgraded if we want to have what he had at Sevilla. Dawson & Kilman aren't exactly the same calibre as Kounde & Carlos. Now the pressure is off a bit hopefully Lopetegui can start to really explore who does and doesn't fit what he wants to do next season.
I know his team's have never been swashbuckling attacking units but whenever I saw Sevilla they created plenty of chances while suffocating the opposition with possession.

I think their lack of pace and confidence defending the space behind themselves is a bigger issue tbh. At the moment it doesn't matter how dominant we are, we're always vulnerable in behind, the goal at Villa Park being the most obvious example.I agree, they slow a lot up with distribution, I don't think any of our wide forwards fit the style either.
