Haye/Briggs sounds like it's happening in September which will be a definite step up in quality. Sounds like he's still hoping for AJ next year.

Haye will keep fighting bums aslong as the cheque's keep coming in.

How was that guy unbeaten for 30 fights..?

Haye should fight AJ or Fury now, he's not getting younger. Still think he'd beat Fury.

That is my fear. That is why Fury or joshua v Haye should be sooner rather than later

Haye vs Joshua/ Fury would sell out wembley but Haye would hopefully get knocked out and that'll be the last we hear from him.

Why? He's an absolutely quality operator. He needs to step up the quality and at least bank some rounds as that will have done nothing for him

Agree there, especially now he's bulked up a bit Haye could still be a quality boxer.

Fury would actually have to throw a punch other than a jab to even try and and knock him out and I can't really see that happening.

He looks in good shape and to be carrying the weight well, he doesn't look obscenely pumped up beyond his natural shape like Khan did for the Canelo fight.

Haye is a great boxer. Better than Joshua and Fury technically. I'd still have concerns about him dealing with a bigger bloke though although the extra bulk will help. Fury is huge and for a big guy has a great deal of movement. Klit couldn't deal with it last time. Haye would have to take big risks to get close enough to Fury to knock him out. All this dependent on Fury's mental state of course. Won't happen anyway though as Fury has said he will never fight Haye. Not as thick as he makes out.

I'm not a big boxing fan, as most of you know. However, I must draw attention to the superb gesture by Shannon Briggs. He has committed to giving 10% of the proceeds from his next fight to Nick Blackwell to assist in his recovery. That is absolutely tremendous.

Haye gave 10% of all yesterday event to Blackwell too.

Yep agree. It's a pity he isn't two inches taller. He's a natural Cruiser but it's a nothing weight division in reality.

Absolutely brilliant stuff from Tony Bellew.

Wasn't sure he had that in him but amazing performance. The left hand when he was in the corner was the shot that made it, after that Makabu was there to be hit.

Great power, a real ruthless finish too especially after the knockdown when I thought he might go into his shell.

13 current British world champions now. A record for one country I think.

Not that it'd happen but Haye is calling Bellew out after his post-fight comments:

I think Bellew would only have to put on 2-3lbs to inch into the HW division and technically make it possible. Would be pretty stupid to do so though as I expect Haye would splatter him. No way Haye is moving back down to cruiser, look at the size of him.
