I think if we lose then the discontent will rapidly start growing in the stands. But I still don't think Jeff will sack him. He'll buy into the idea that the new players need time to gel and its still too early in the season.

Whether you agree with that or not I think that's what would happen. Moot point any way as I've decided we'll win this one

Would rather have two attacking full-backs for this one, and IMO Neto needs managing back to full match fitness. We don't have that luxury with Raul yet.

Also maybe when passing it, don't leave it a yard short so it actually reaches the intended recipient

Yeah, Neto was good yesterday. Easily the best of the front three.

Same eleven for me to try and build up a bit of understanding/game time between them, particularly for that front three. Hopefully Sasa has signed in time so we can bring him off the bench (as long as it’s not in the 85th minute…)

I thought Guedes just edged him, particularly first half. But leaving him out was more in terms of his recovery from injury. I doubt he can manage 3 full games in a week yet.

Guedes looked way worse in terms of fitness. Completely cooked after 60 minutes.

RAN in for Jonny the only change I'd make from yesterday, more attacking full back for this game.
