Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

From the people who brought you:

A Justice Secretary happy to break the law

A Foreign Sec who didn’t know we were cut off from France by a sea

And an Anti-Corruption Champion married to Dido Harding

It’s the climate change champion who’s pro-fracking.

The absolute nick of that fry up. Giant grilled (?) tomatoes, no other moisture, insufficient meat content, bacon looks badly cooked, Haribo egg. Sack her for that instead.

Probably so happy in the picture because she nicked it off a disabled guy or something.

I think your man got off lightly, that's a howling meal. Not even Holiday Inn buffet standard.

Tbf that is waaay better than most holiday inn buffets. The bacon there would challenge anyone.

My apologies for suggesting that Johnson had the Alex Allan report sat on his desk for two months, this was incorrect.

He actually had it for seven months.

Bone idle, cowardly or both? Take your pick.

In other news, somebody buys a house
Are you happy a man with no experience of providing PPE was given such a huge contract?

It is corrupt however you look at it (forget the house buying that's just politics of jealousy).

It’s the sheer cheek and balls of it that got me - I’m sure all of us who have worked / know people in China got emails offering 100,000s of masks. These dodgy fuckers just forwarded them to their mate and got paid millions for it. Corruption is usually much better hidden.

At no point have I said I am happy with that, have I ? My point was, what has the house buying got to do with anything unless the journos insinuating he's brought it with the proceeds of the contract?
More to the point where has he found a house with 100 acres for only 1.5 mil.

As you say they don't care. I can't believe people will vote these corrupt bastards back in and I don't think they do either which is why they're making hay whilst the sun shines.

It would be interesting to see the man's income tax and if he couldn't afford the house before then the only way he could do would to be the beneficiary of such a large contract at the expense of the public.

If he has delivered on that contract at a fair price we can grumble and moan but it has delivered. The fact it wasn't a fair process means the government should be bought to task and use this example of a corrupt process.

Even so it's hard to say this particular individual has done anything wrong if he has delivered the terms of the contract.

If he hasn't then it's fraud.

See my issue is every week we have stories of apparent impropriety in the awarding of government contracts, some on the face of it are scandalous at best, but there is never any repercussions or recourse of these, you would think an opposition party with a leader at the helm with a modicum of legal knowledge would literally have a field day. It is a sensational newspaper headline one day and in the recycling bin the next.

He brought it up at PMQs and didn't get an answer. JRM said they've overpaid on contracts to guarantee stock. Really you need it to be championed and investigated by the mainstream media not The Guardian, which it isn't being really. The cronyism is indisputable, it's whether there is anything illegal or fraudulent behind it. My guess is immoral and unfair rather than either of those.

I believe a lawsuit has been filed against the government now in regards to the corruption. I doubt it will change anything however. It will be dismissed as more evidence of ‘lefty lawyers and do gooders’ trying to make a nuisance of themselves.

I doubt a lawsuit can be dismissed on the grounds of some name calling ?

Are the government bribing you to question every negative post about them on here? :ROFLMAO:

I just meant that is how the government will spin it if the lawsuit comes to anything like they did the last time lawyers tried to stop them doing something dodgy.
