Truss two days ago: lower taxes, no “handouts”

Predictable outcry.

Yesterday spokesperson Mordaunt said that truss’ exact words of “no handouts” had been wilfully misinterpreted to mean “no handouts” when it really meant definitely some handouts.

They lie like fucking rugs.

There are 49% of people who didn't vote for Brexit and there are more than 49% who probably wouldn't vote for Brexit now. This is pandering to an ever growing minority of people who just happen to be overly represented in the ballot of Conservative Party members. The only EU legislation they really want to repeal is the legislation that is actually good for us. And I bet they will keep all the vaping legislation....(w)anchors.
 
EU legislation that wasn't forced on us, we could have vetoed, but it actually made the lives of the UK people better.

Strangely enough UK H&S legislation is not European legislation. The HASWA 1974 is independent of EU and Regulations are Statutory Instruments drawn up through a consultation process as a result of complying with EU directives.

To be fair anybody who advocated this would be voted out.

In any case it's all irrelevant because the diktat comes from Davos and soon the WHO when they are passed control of pandemics.
