Jo Farrell, the Durham Chief Constable, gets a new 3 year contract worth £550,000 on 17-Jun awarded by the Labour PCC Joy Allen. Three weeks later, both Starmer & Rayner escape a fine as the announcement is buried in the furore around Boris. Nothing to see here is there?
 
Fairer taxes are certainly needed. We shouldn't have nurses using food banks while millionaires pay less and less tax as a percentage of their income

They’re not all the same. Keep believing it if you want to justify supporting the bunch of twats that have been in power for 12 years and are now falling over each other to tell anyone who’ll listen how they’re going to do things differently.

Yea how dare Starmer and Raynor escape a fine for something they didn’t do, and not guilty for not breaking any laws, almost as if being a QC means you know the law.

It's a good example of what people believe though. Overheard a number of conversations similar to this over the weekend - got way with rather than didn't do anything

It's a beauty parade at the moment for 200k out of touch, right wing, hang em and flog em, every man for himself, arsehats. Will continue to be until one of them gets elected and 'realises' there isn't the money for it. That's why not one of them has said no to Rwanda, it's popular with that crowd.

They did get away with it. They were videod in a bar having beer and Curry.

Jesus wept. Starmer was in the constituency office after a full day campaigning - something explicitly carved out of the laws at the time as necessary in a functioning democracy.

And here’s the kicker…you’re not comparing apples with apples. The Boris events were nearly 12 months earlier when the laws (made by him) were SIGNIFICANTLY stricter.
 
Boris would do the job, we need a right winger, I’d back Raynor to be the midfield snotter we’ve been looking for since Alex Rae left
