Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

No response to the London Assembly from our esteemed PM about his relationship with Fivehead (who comes across as a complete cretin, by the way), even though he's obliged to answer them.

This man is a fraud.

1. A group of One Nation Tories met the PM this afternoon to demand that Tory manifesto in the hypothetical coming election wouldn't be straightforward promise to leave without a deal
2. MP present said Johnson assured them they would not become a simple 'no deal' party and it was not the policy of the govt right now

Going to make a crazy prediction here and it will be their policy come an election

apparently he did, but has asked the LA to keep his response confidential.
That is the behaviour of an open democrat isn't it.
Her responses are so close to admittance that it beggars belief anyone can comprehend it as a denial.

As I understand it from various sources, consideration right now is that manifesto would likely include a promise to leave with a deal if poss but leave without a deal at speed if it can't be done, within days or weeks of election that is IF (huge if!) there was Tory majority

There will be a Tory Majority.

How would that appease soft Brexit Conservatives? Cummings will line them all up against the wall saying that they'd signed up to a Manifesto that stated that if they couldn't get a deal then they would leave without one. He'd then produce his dodgy dossier of what he has on them all before marching them into the lobby to vote for a no deal.

Apparently a letter, from the prime minister’s lawyers to the head of the London Assembly oversight committee, challenges its demands for “extensive” details of his links to Arcuri. It also suggests that it is not in “the public interest” for an Assembly investigation to take place as it “risked becoming politicised”.

So misconduct in a public office is not in the public interest?

Or, in any way, a political matter :icon_rolleyes:

- Universal Credit
- HS2
- Hinkley
- "Porn block"
- Fake ferries
- Train subsidies to companies...who then pay out to shareholders
- Boris himself handing out money to Joanna fucking Lumley's bridge fantasy and Fivehead's fake company

How much money wasted on all that exactly, I'm probably missing a load of stuff too.

The party of economic stability indeed.

Don't forget the billion quid to the DUP

And yet they were voted back in.

Says as much about the state of the opposition as it does about tories being tories I am afraid

I don’t think he will be writing for them again! That is powerful stuff.

Oborne being proved right during PMQs. Government source in contact with Huffington Post getting out their side on twitter and smearing Corbyn. Meanwhile BoJo brazenly lies about checks between NI and UK for goods.

Peston has tried to defend himself by saying it's his job to repeat what he hears behind the scenes at No. 10. It's down to the reader to apply context and analysis. This makes him a stenographer rather than a journalist.
