Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

Of course the The Sun journalists knew at the time of the parties going on in Downing Street, as they probably attended them.

A video of him doing the conga will be the finale.

You've never done anything your boss wouldn't condone?
I've never organised a party in direct contravention of one of the policies they've set out on national television and then posed for a photo.

My point is that they're not exactly being subtle about it, like they aren't worried about being bollocked for it

Maybe they just don't care?

This is all being set up rather nicely by Pippa Crerar. Starmer can go on the attack in PMQs today about the photo and Fat Alex will get all defensive and deny knowledge of the gathering. Then the photo of him pissed and present drops tomorrow on the morning of the by-election

If I was Starmer today, I'd list all of the occasions where Alex the not so has stated that all rules were followed and follow that with the comments he made this week that he (Alex) hasn't broken any rules. The question would then be which is correct as the house has been misled if its the latter not the former.

When the bumbling idiot replies about getting on with the job whilst he's playing politics, I'd remind him about which party was putting the national interest before politics and helping him get his Covid measures through last night.

Employees not caring doesn't have to mean employers/bosses condone their actions.
For real?

Youd have to be pretty confident you weren't going to get bulleted for organising such a thing.

I'm pretty sure I would have if I'd done that where I work.

The culture and behaviour of a group or team is a direct reflection of the leader.
That’s a brilliant point.

Doesn’t matter what policies, systems and procedures you implement in an attempt to establish some sanity, any organisation ultimately behaves as a manifestation of the character and temperament of the person(s) at the top.

I think you are missing that it was organised at Conservative Central Office Mark. There's one thing organising a side event at a secret location, doing it at your Head Office without senior members of your employers knowing is pushing credibility to the extremes. It's why Johnson's language has moved over the last week from no rules were broken to I didn't break any rules

I've been on unauthorized work nights out, sometimes purposely on works time so we could claim lodge to get a free hotel room too. No way our boss would've done such things but it'll happen on pretty much every project the company runs at some point. You just don't crow about it too loudly and hope no-one with an axe to grind catches wind of it.

Impossible to be that homogeneous in a large group.
They're literally in the head office with their mayoral candidate and billionaire donor. Plus the actual number of direct employees is less than a thousand. So yeah it is.

Perhaps they're all just cunts? Doesn't necessarily have to be that they're influenced by one individual, maybe they're drawn together by common traits rather than manipulated into a certain personality by their superiors.

Leadership will have an impact on those below them but it won't be absolute, too many other factors determine people's behaviours.
