Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

As thick as Raab is, it is also a move straight out of the ‘all lives matter’ playbook. It highlights how keen the government are to gaslight women.

As I mentioned earlier, they are all cunts. I hate them so much.
Agreed, the sentiment was deliberate the misunderstanding of the word is the thick part.

Perhaps Raab should ask his boss about the etymology of the word misogyny? He is, after all a classics scholar so should know that gunae is Ancient Greek for woman.

The standard is just so fucking low. I mean you've got to ask yourself what kind of freak wants to actually be a politician nowadays in the first place. So many brilliant people working in different fields and we get these idiots running the country. It's just so depressing, the whole system is just fucked.

It all feels like it's coming home to roost now. Leaving aside the rights and wrongs of brexit, its seems very clear that Johnson and his cronies have done nothing to prepare. Its all very well making out its part of a grand plan to bring Britain's wages in low paid jobs up, productivity etc but where is all the planning? They've had had 5 years get things in order but here we are with severe skill shortages in multiple areas.
I was under the impression that brexit was about managing immigration rather than stopping it altogether.
I'm not really surprised he's a bumbling idiot, that was a given right from when he first appeared but the sheer incompetence has taken even me by surprise.
This is spot on IMO, I think it's all part of a general decline in western civilization as dramatic as that sounds.

As shit as some things are, the essentials work, most of the time, like water coming out the tap, food being in the shops, medical care, electricity, you could go on and on. The fact we've got all these things is a miracle, the norm throughout history has been misery, disease and death. The things we take for granted as being just the way things are is down to extreme competence over a sustained period of time. So many areas of the world today are evidence of just how fucked up things can be, and how quickly that could be here.

The level of complacency and incompetence on display at the minute is terrifying. I saw a Tory MP the other day saying it'd be a good thing if supply chains broke down because it'd mean the local farmer could sell stuff in the village, just total insanity. It's getting to the point of vandalism through incompetence.

What a totally shit speech that was. One policy. One. No detail. A load of piffle and soundbite from a buffoon who won’t commit to anything.

When people attacked Churchill as a racist, Johnson was, he says, at first tempted to ignore them.

Er, Churchill was a racist, quite clearly. You can argue it's not fair to hold him to the standards of 2021 when he died nearly 60 years ago if you want to, but he did and said racist things, that's not even up for debate.

And what was all that nonsense about the reintroduction of the beaver? That isn’t and never has been a Conservative policy so he is just piggy backing on a story. Absolute garbage.

but he is bringing an end to "decades drift and dither" remember!
again meaningless, but he'll think it was great purely because of the alliteration.

Decades you say? A large chunk of that was conservative rule. A very large chunk.

I would just love a political correspondent to let him blather this bollocks for a couple of minutes and then just bluntly ask “how?”. Don’t let the fucker off the hook. His interviews over the weekend were an absolute shambles and hopefully a decent chunk of the media are starting to turn.

Saw something on Twitter the other day that said his interview technique is essentially the equivalent of taking the ball into the corner and hoping to annoy the opponent enough that he gets a cheap foul.

I despise so much about him but particularly the way he talks over people. Shut your cakehole, you fat bastard. One person asks, the other waits and then answers. That's how a conversation works.

Couldn't bring myself to listen to it, but apparently he went down the ESL and Brexit line again. Managed to get both Churchill and Thatcher in though so I'm sure the blue rinses loved it

He spent 45 minutes (so basically a half shift from the lazy wanker) managing use a lot of words to say absolutely nothing.

The one policy was announcement of £3000 grants to the best Maths and Science teachers to go the schools where they are most needed. That was literally the lot.

And he took credit for the fact that walkers in certain sections of a very small number of British rivers might be able to say “nice beaver” and an 18 year old girl winning a tennis tournament. Neither of which had anything to do with him.

And he made an appalling gag about Michael Gove being a bit of a nightclubber.

Maybe that's his chat up line to the many women who chase after him (just why? HOW?) "Nice beaver, guffaw, guffaw"

Worth the licence fee alone if Andrew Marr used that line on him.

Nick Robinson asked him to be quiet the other day and the tories starting piling in on the bbc as usual...
johnson also got snarky at the end too.

Gary Gibbon on channel 4 news gives him shit as well, one interview, Boris aides told Gary to be quiet Boris then said " it's nice you're letting me answer questions now" Gary replied " your aides told me to shut up, so I have"

Boris pretends to go for a run.

It's so obvious what he did, what on earth is going on?

It's like the last week or so we've been given example after example of why Boris is a liar and a charlatan (more so than normal). I mean, really obvious examples.

Apologies for the source.
