What they should do is just randomly nab 20-50 of them. They're all fair game and you can easily catch that many between the stewards and the OB. They know it's an offence in itself and they know they've been given fair warning by the club. So you're an idiot if you do it, on many levels. Then the club bans them all for five years, home and away. It'll be random, you'll let loads of others get away with it, but put yourself voluntarily in that position and basically, fuck you.

Suddenly no-one will want to take that risk next time. Sure, the odds are in your favour, but it's a high stakes game.

I would just get extra police with riot gear armed with truncheons. 10 mins before the game get the recordings of the front of the stands, majority of police in front of corners of South bank. If the south bank don’t go on, very few from elsewhere will and then you’ll be a sitting duck.

The first few who go on get hammered by the police, if the intent to hurt them is shown, that will put the majority off. Then any idiots who do go on get smashed to bits and/or banned.
