The Road to World Cup 2026 and UEFA Nations League

Yerson Mosquera scored with a header in the Colombian WC Qualifier win against Argentina but went off injured. Will try to find out why he went off, etc. ¡Vamos Colombia!
Doesn't seem to be a problem as nothing is reported and he was subbed at 88 minutes.
Report saying he played very well in his fourth game for the national team. Only played because Yerry Mina was suspended.
¡Gol de Colombia!

So about as injured as Andre was when being substituted at the weekend.

I mean we could have told him NINE years ago.

Where was he going after the initial ball was put over the top? Just runs into the middle as his man goes through

Tbf Mosquera did actually get stretchered off but he also did interviews after the game and seems fine so it’s all a bit odd
The anti-Michael Gilkes. Walked off at Maine Road once with a couple of minutes left and McGhee said it was just a precaution. Didn't play for about another 15 months.

Probably some top level time wasting shithousery
Which almost anyone would do against Argentina as they are regularly the masters of this art. Yes, I know they are bloody good at football!

Has Messi retired again , or is he just injured , does anyone know ?

One of the worst world cup winners you're likely to see, on a par with Greece winning the Euros.
I heartily agree. They are always there and the behaviour of their players as seen yet again in Barranquilla is totally unacceptable and pathetic. Personally, I have not had negative experiences with Argentinians but they most certainly have a certain reputation in Latin America.

Ornstein saying that Ashley Cole is leaving Birmingham City to concentrate on his role with Lee Carsley and The FA. I assume that means that Carsley is getting the gig on a permanent basis?

Yep but no one's likely to remember it in 20 years.
