Wolves v Newcastle - Pre Season Game MATCH THREAD

Biggest ever margin of win in an Asia Cup game between two English teams

That looked fairly straight forward. Newcastle looked like they came back from their holidays this morning!

Very impressive opening performance from us. Nuno & co will be delighted with that, despite the lack of quality in the Newcastle side.

Boly took no prisoners today. He was immense.

Thought we looked good albeit against a team that really weren't bothered.

We didn't really get out of 2nd gear.

Nice start to the preseason, would be great to add the revered Asian cup to our honours list ;)

That was as comprehensive as it gets. Made Newcastle look like a League Two team, we are simply miles better than outfits like this. They're only friendlies but you set the tone and set the standard here - while they were slouching around and sloppily giving the ball away, we were bang at it right from the off. Isaac Hayden - this is why we're way above you in the table.

Good to see all the young kids are comfortable on the ball and hopefully MGW's goal gives him the confidence to do that more often. It was a lovely touch and a fine finish.

Bring on the final.

Terry Taylor was the pick of the young lads for me. Just looked like a proper footballer

Lolz at the dude in charge Newcastle today. Great impression of Deano "Darlow didn't have a save to make"

True but he conceded 3 you tit.

Incredible scenes.

1-0 West Ham.

Good to see being jetlegged means fuck all to the City players.
