I'd be going 4231 for this but not looking for it to be as open as previously.
Rather have the two centre halves so there is always a man spare whilst the other is picking up Giroud, then get the fullbacks to play a very restrained game, probably quite narrow, to pick up Chelsea's wider attackers. Then you've got your two deeper central midfielders to pick up their midfield runners, wide players to cover their marauding fullbacks and Podence or whoever ends up in that number 10 position is well placed to sit in on their midfield pivot and prevent easy passes into him. Wouldn't look to press them a great deal as they show good passing combinations that could cut you to ribbons if it clicks, would just let Silva keep their centre halves in check, waiting for the opportunity to isolate Zouma on the ball as he never looks far away from a massive rick.
Think going three across the back who lead to either a dangerous situation of going man for man with their front three and Coady getting mullered by Giroud or wingbacks getting pulled very deep to help out giving their fullbacks way too much space to attack whilst Wolves have an excess of centre halves milling about around Giroud. Would also make it difficult to put any pressure on their man playing the deep central midfield position if you haven't got a more advanced midfielder to sit on him, unless Silva drops back into that role but then you're really negative and giving their centre halves all the time in the world.

Think it needs to revert to the old stay solid and counter mentality despite the new formation, Chelsea will commit a lot of bodies forwards so there should be opportunity to get at them a bit on the break.
