It's Wolves vs Arsenal FA Cup 4th round on 22 January 1938, which we lost 1-2, attendance 61,267.

I thought that wartime attendances were restricted but there looks a fair few there!

It wasn't during the war, it was 1938. The OP date and fixture is incorrect.
