I've been surprised by JL's formations so far. I thought he'd be wedded to 4-3-3 but he really hasn't.

If we did play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 I think the depth for the wide positions would be:

Neto + AN Other + Hwang - LW/ LF
Sarabia + Chiquinho + Hwang - RW/ RF

Pod, Giles and Guedes sold and Corbeanu, Campbell on loan and Adama gone on a free.

I'm on the fence about Adama. He's definitely picked up since Lop came in - and I wonder if there's a little light that's finally flicked on and maybe he's now playing for a new contract. I still think he'll go in the summer, and as others have posted above, we've now got a lot of talented players in those wide areas, but as he's proven in the last couple of games; a fit and ready Adama with his head in the right place still has something to offer.

Biggest issue for me is he's best used as an impact player off the bench and I think he wants to be one of the first names on the teamsheet.

Podence is our joint top scorer this season. The last wide player we should be selling is him.

Leeds were interested in Hwang IIRC. They can have him. Adama will leave and so will Guedes.

Noticed that Marques has played the last couple of U21 games. Shame that'll be his diet of football for the rest of the season but his injury was just shit timing, we couldn't expect someone to take him on if there was no guarantee he'd actually be able to feature.

He's out of contract in the summer but I expect him to stay.
