They need games somewhere. As 3 of the XI have no future with us, 1 is getting some much needed match fitness, the rest are all from the development squad so no problems at all as far as I'm concerned.

That's exactly what it's for. I wouldn't be surprised if Vale have the players they want to get shot of out there too.
