Lost all interest. When absolutely diabolical refereeing decisions influence a game so much with absolutely zero reprisal again and again and again I lose all interest in paying for the privilege to see it first hand and get wound up to fuck. The game's dead.

Kevin Friend should never referee again.

Players have to take responsibility tonight for that reaction to losing Raul. Man City needed a dodgy pen yet this shit Leeds team can score 3. Every player on that pitch was experienced. Easy to say Lage should bring a striker on but fuck me my U14 girls wouldn't have panicked like we did. Everyone droppable after that.

Trincao was excellent. Delighted for him.

Both the team and the ref are to blame for that loss. Ref was shocking from the start. Booked Boly after 5 minutes for a nothing challenge, then dished out no cards for Leeds for multiple similar tackles.

The Raul second yellow was a complete joke in so many ways. Was never a yellow as both players were going in with equal force (50/50). Was a joke that VAR don't check second yellows. Is a joke that you cannot appeal second yellows post-match.

Then we capitulated. Leeds scored 2 in quick succession, and we defended terrible. We left subs way too late (Bruno has form for this) and our forward players got unnecessarily tired meaning we were ineffective on the break. Fabio and Chiq looked great when they came on, should have come on way earlier.

The defending for the goals was shocking and we only have ourselves to blame.

I hope Wolves make a formal complaint to the PL about Friend's performance. He is not fit to be a referee with a performance like that. Just embarrassing.

Horrible horrible game. Shite decision re Raul but our second half display was gutless. Pluck a duck, we were the home team! Wish we had half the passion Leeds showed.

Friend was horrendous. They seriously need to look at the jokers they put in charge of these games. Bordering on corrupt.

However, our defence was all over the place most of the night. Boly wasn't at the races all game, Saiss wasn't right after the elbow to his head but fuck knows what he was doing for the second goal. And Boly just needs to clear the ball for the third.

Called it in a group chat we needed Fabio on as we had no out ball after the red card. Hwang a complete waste of a sub, and Dendoncker a waste of a shirt in midfield.

Worst thing is. Friend had the yellow out there entire time while Raul was getting treatment. So we had a good few minutes to prepare for ten men. And still had no shape whatsoever. Rubbish

It's so frustrating because up to that point it looked like our best attacking performance of the season. Our goals were lovely, lovely stuff.

Saiss and Boly both went absolutely AWOL after Jimenez got sent off.

They are why we lost. Not Kevin Friend.

It's not either/or. It's both.

Players have to shoulder a large portion of the blame, as does Bruno. Bizarre reticence to change things and some pathetic defending - Saiss and Boly obvious culprits but RAN made a cardinal error getting caught under the ball for the first. The way that panic set in and we completely lost the plot was honestly astonishing - absolutely shouldn't happen. Leaders on the pitch should be taking control at that point and it just got worse and worse.

We're not in that position if Raul isn't sent off, we more likely go on and win comfortably.

Walking away from the game and will post more later, but I have never seen such a fundamental failure to grasp the most basic of tactical decisions from a Wolves manager ever. Pathetic. I wouldn't sack him for it, but it's sackable

I genuinely don't think it'd have made any difference, our heads went as soon as Raul got sent off. Silva or Hwang being on the pitch doesn't stop Saiss, RAN and Boly losing all ability to play football.

It's one. Bad reffing performances can be overcome. We shouldn't be using Friend as an excuse for what was, as has been pointed out, an unforgivably inert response to going down to 10.
