I feel like he's constantly rotating. Too much for my taste.
I disagree, the Premier league is a squad game. Part of our problems have been lack of options to change stuff.
Mane should probably be rested occasionally but we just dont have a replacement.
Edwards has made mistakes but I dont think you can level team rotation at him.
I think Joao's drop off in performane a few games ago was probably down to physical and mental tiredness.

This is hard to disagree with tbf. You do need some amount of rotation; it's just inevitable. Players aren't robots.

I simply favor on-the-pitch chemistry over changing the XI every single match, though. I can't think off the top of my head the last time we started the same XI in two matches consecutively?

(It'll be two weeks ago or something)

Arsenal and Palace was the same starting XI

Two weeks ago or something :D

Forest, Man U and Brentford at home in December were awful. Desperate fare. Forest away too had elements so bad that, like the Utd game, any normal description can’t really capture it.

Another brilliant night at Molineux, so good to feel some happiness there again, fuck knows we deserve it. If anyone had said we would pick up 7 points from Arsenal, Villa and Liverpool they'd have been considered nuts.

To get to half time without conceding felt good, to then take the lead through Rodrigo Gomes felt great but 5 minutes later a Bellegarde rick gifts the ball to Salah who capitalises. At that point, though I'd have taken a point beforehand I felt yet another mistake by us had thrown away 2 points, also expected Liverpool to go on and shithouse a winner so you can imagine how it was in there when Andre wrapped up the 3 points, limbs again!

Joao Gomes and Andre were immense yet again, another super sub appearance for Rodrigo who I would love us to keep (his fiancee was on the supporters bus going to Palace the other week, think they may like us!). The defence worked very hard and threw everything on the line. A real team performance.

Also, fuck off 11.00 news on radio for saying 'Liverpool needed a late Salah goal to rescue a point against bottom club Wolves, and, double fuck off to Slot for giving us zero credit in his post match interview and twice referring to us as 'the other team' rather than 'Wolves'

I favour on-the-pitch chemistry too but it needs to be between more than 11 players.

I was up at 4am yesterday and again today, if I had stayed I wouldn't have got home until past midnight and I was literally falling asleep standing up in the South Bank so I left at half time. You can thank me for the result :ROFLMAO:

My own personal win was managing to wake up in time to get off the train at Leamington and not wake up in Oxford.

The half I did see was quite impressive. The occasional woeful touch or pass, there were extended periods of Liverpool pressure and there was a clear issue with us having the shortest front line and midfield in PL history but overall I thought we were doing really well. There are some lovely footballers in that team when they can be arsed. João Gomes in particular was brilliant.

Also, in the midst of everything it was nice to see the respect shown between the 2 fanbases on the 18th and 20th minute. Watching the highlights this morning I was struck by how 'Diogoesque' Rodrigo's run and finish was, really put a smile on my face.

Which made it even more pathetic and embarrassing when some of the South Bank sang ‘sign on’ later. Wankers.

My first home game since Leeds in September and first win I’ve seen since beating relegated Leicester 11 months ago.

Fuck, I forgot how good that feels (even if I did bore @Lycan so much he fell asleep next to me)

With Tolu you at the very least will get someone that gives the opposition defenders something to think about, he keeps them busy.

Playing Armstrong alone up top doesn't give you anything. Not fair on Armstrong and it must be pretty miserable for him.
