You say that. But we’ve had 3 genuine 1v1s in these 3 games. I honestly can’t remember having such Golden opportunities so regularly previously whilst also giving up such a low number of high or low quality chances.We've missed golden chances and given away soft goals for the last 3 seasons. We are still doing the latter and creating more seems to lead to missing more. You look at goals like Buendia's at the weekend and we must have gotten into that sort of position 8-10 times in each of the last 2 games. Small margins, but not bad luck
Previously we gave up a decent amount of low quality chances which increased the chance for a deflection, keeper error, penalty and set pieces (which we couldn’t defend) whilst also creating very little of our own. We tended to very wasteful creating the chance or just not doing it by having so few bodies forward. Whereas yesterday Traore but it on a Plate for Trincao and Raul, Trincao worked a great chance for himself and Saiss missed from a yard. Neves chance is also a very good one.
