Villa and Bournemouth for me too, just for the giggles
I went Villa and West Ham. They would both suffer horribly. Bournemouth can go next season. In an ideal world Norwich would turn into Bayern Munich and get enough to stay up so Bournemouth could drop as well but a little bit of realism is needed at times.
Watford is an alright place. A bit dumpy but hardly Beirut.
This. Bournemouths squad is crap and they won’t have much money to improve it, so the likelihood is that they will finish bottom next year anyway. Villa and West Ham will be able to strengthen if they stay up, and despite the fact their recruitment strategies are shite, they might fluke some decent players or a decent manager. If they go down they are screwed.
If only VAR had checked that Sheffield United ghost goal against Villa. They’d have gone down
Wouldn't surprise me if their owners see a 'name' manager as the solution like they did when they bought the club and tried to get Henry
Who would pay the money Villa would want for him? Utd probably would but he'd be a squad player now they've got Fernandes. I think he'll stay there as people have finally woken up to what he actually does as opposed to what they think he doesPortuguese press seem to think Bruno Lage has been lined up to takeover. The only player I can see them losing is Grealish the rest won’t be appealing to many other clubs.
As said 35 points from 38 games isn’t good enough, People are eulogising over Smith this morning but apart from the last 4 games he’s been proven to be tactically nieve for most parts.
