What are you currently listening to....

And that is fine mate. Music is all about opinion for me. If you like it, then it is good music for you, and fuck the rest of us. After all, I don't expect you all to like Reign in Blood, but it will always be a work of genius to me.

Here's someone who knows a thing or two about music ....

David Bowie's new album, 'The Next Day' is as good as anything he's ever done.
Bloody fantastic. The Lazarus of pop music has made the comeback of comebacks.
I downloaded it on the day it came out (last weekend) and have been listening to it incessantly.
At the age of 66, Bowie has shown that he's FAR from finished and his 10-year retirement from recording has thankfully ended.
I recommend this album, highly.

Couldn't agree more. :)

That is because of the number of reinventions Bowie has done. Somewhere in the back catalogue there will be something for everyone to like. For instance, I think suffragette city is a tremendous track.

Personally, I am currently listening to shovel headed kill machine by exodus on the way to the ground. Ridiculously heavy album.

Ah off Ziggy. Listen to Moonage Daydream. Marvellous

Good choice Nando. I have been going through a 90's revival recently digging out albums by Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chains, Blind Melon & Soul Asylum.

Never ever been able to stand STP or AIC. Fucking awful imo.
Blind Melons first album is a nice listen though, & love Sould Asylum. Their gig at the civic in 1994 was immense! (awaits lupine howl to mention he was there...)

Bizarre, can't see how you can class them as fucking awful. AIC Unplugged is absolutely brilliant.

They're just a band I have never ever warmed to. Heard a few tracks, nothing ever grabbed me at all.
A lot of friends loved them (one was a complete tool, so that may have impacted?)

Not all decisions are rational. I hate the fucking verve because ashcroft is a twat, and also when urban hymns was huge, all the twats in the pub put it on the jukebox non-stop. I don't like being associated with twats, so decided I didn't like the verve...
