I don't think they'd come and be interviewed if they weren't interested. It's possible Shi could put them off but I assume it'd be Hobbs doing any interviews so he would likely try and sugar coat it any way.

I completely disagree. We have a good squad and plenty of time left in the season to turn things around. Any half decent manager would see it as an attractive proposition and fancy a go at it, particularly if they're out of work or in a lower league. The only sticking point I can see is what finances they'd get promised to be available.

Unfortunately, the last sentence and Jeff Shi are the problem.

I Doubt anyone has been interviewed, or even spoken to directly. Possibly been a call to an agent, hello if we decide to change managers woud X be intrested, it is unlikely any manager (not including the ridiculous shouts etc), Would say no at this stage, the managers we are hoping to get, would be likely to say we can certainly talk.

Mostly the managers would be interested in, Transfer budget, bonus, squad etc
