Welcome to Wolves Willy Boly

What do you think about Boly so far? Has he played well?

poor yesterday but in the other 3 games he has been very good. Solid with the ability to play a ball into midfield, he's generally stood up to the physicality of the Championship well.

You play with 3 central defenders? Who are the others?

Roderick Miranda and Conor Coady (A player we signed 2 years ago to play in midfield, moved to right back last season and now the captain and in the middle of the 3)

Who are the favourite teams to go Premier League? Do you think Wolves are one of these teams?

Middlesbrough (although they have lost 2 so far, 1 against us) but this Division is an odd one and there are always teams you wouldn't predict to be up there who are. Last season Huddersfield Town were one of the faves to go down to League 1 and they are currently playing Newcastle in the Premier League.

With the players we have, it will be a huge disapointment not to be in the top 6 at least,.

Who you think is the better of the 3?

Boly but he was at fault yesterday for the 2nd goal and Miranda was at fault for the 1st. We are not used though to seeing our central defenders have the ability to actually play football. Standard behaviour for our centre backs is lump the ball clear or ping it into the corners for the wingers to chase but not now.

That realy sounds like the old english football, nowadays is important to have defenders who know to have the ball and pass, that's why Mourinho bought Lindelof.

Admittedly there were a couple of defensive lapses, but I actually thought Boly was brilliant on the ball yesterday. He tends to be the overlapping defender, and isn't scared to carry the ball forward. He certainly didn't look like a CB out of position when pushed to LWB at the death.

Boly is great, end of discussion

Agree with Fred here Boly is the tits and we are lucky to have him.

I think Boly and Miranda had it rough against Cardiff as Douglas sustained a painful knock (evidenced on Instagram that night) and Doherty reverted to lazy form, which left both of them exposed. One of the keys to our early success was both wing backs running tirelessly up and down (Douglas especially did this well). Rod and Will are very good IMO but still are CBs; you don't want them isolated in wide positions and Cardiff forced them into just that sort of situation.
