Welcome to Wolves Jorgen Strand Larsen

Not correct, not really

It's an accounting trick, punting the fee into next year (no idea why we bother as we never spend what we bring in)

Krejci isn't really 'on loan' now

Based on what? Absolutely nothing but your own fantasy as per. And as always the 'point you're making' changes as all the evidence stacks up against it.

Literally one bald man fighting over a comb.
It hasn't changed at all, all that's changed is your understanding of my point.

Remember you felt it necessary to tell me that he would have had agreed a contract for if he signed permanently, as if i wouldn't already know that, that's how little you understood what I was saying, because you are the cleverest person in the room.

He then went on to score 14 goals between signing on loan and signing permanently, and much like his market value went up because of that, it went up because of Newcastle's offers too.

So his agent pushed for a new deal because of Newcastle, but didnt bother because of the 14 no penalty Premier league goals? OK...

Oh and let's not forget that Mendes has been involved with JSL too another reason why we'd get bullied.

And yet it literally is. We announced his signing on loan in July 2024 and then his signing permanently in July 2025.

We do do it for accountancy purposes, but that isn’t what im arguing, JSL had a lovely opportunity to get himself a better deal after a good season, and again with Newcastle coming in.

I don't think we would be giving JSL 75k to sign from Celta, I know you disagree with that based on him being 25mill, and thats fair enough I think it'd be nearer 50k.

Presumably you think Krejci is on around 75k too on the same basis?

I neither know nor care to be honest.

I do know he's a Wolves player in all but name and we won't be negotiating terms with him and his agent next summer.

Oh that's a good cop out.

If he has an outstanding season and wins our player of the season (for example) of course his agent would be pushing for a better deal than what he signed a few weeks ago, and rightly so.

Or maybe his agent would only spring into action and improve his terms when Arsenal offer 60 million for him next August

Seyi got sacked from grasshoppers for not agreeing a permanent contract with kaly sene at the same time they signed him on loan (with a view to a permanent move).

The norm is to sign and agree the permanent part of the deal (contract) when the whole deal is put together, not to negotiate after the permanent criteria has been hit.

Good luck with that given he's already effectively signed a long term deal, as Jørgen did, as Jonny Otto did, as Willy Boly did, etc etc.

Believe what you like though, you clearly aren't going to change your mind no matter how many different ways we all phrase it.

Feel like the forum is dying a death by a thousand cuts with these pointless arguments.

Agree with their posts or use of emojis or not losing posters like Tony Tower, MARKakaJIM etc and other posters participating less and less (myself included) just leaves this bullshit.

Good luck meeting running costs for the forum when it's up for renewal.

I fully understand what you and Lycan are saying, I just have a different opinion to you, that is ok isn't it?

Literally in that post, mate.
Ah it's a slow night, and just a language thing Alan, We have, for instance ALUMINIUM pronounced more or less as it's spelt.
But you guys would say it as 'Aloominum'.
So I was curious that you picked on 'PYJAMAS'.... as opposed to...?

I know, bud.

Fun fact: Humphry Davy called it aluminum, and it was (mostly) the French who insisted it be changed to aluminium.

This guy is a complete and utter wanker.

I'd sooner not have to watch another minute of him in a Wolves shirt than have to endure another of his pathetic half arsed performances that he has been dialing in this season.

Just fuck off.

This feels like an unnecessary pile on to me and personally was disappointed to see the reaction to his subbing. Absolutely not playing to his strengths and people seem determined not to like him.

Need to make it hostile to Jeff, and stop turning on the players regardless of quality or apparent application.

I'm not going out of my way to dislike him... he's doing the job himself.

And it's taken until the fifteenth league game before people have turned like they did last night when he was subbed off.

He's been dialing it in all season, he made it obvious as soon as Newcastle showed an interest that he didn't want to be here.

The least I expect of any player is effort... this guy hasn't even given that.

He can get fucked if he can't even try.

Yeah he’s the panto villain at the moment. A fair few fans didn’t warm to him last season anyway(look at the criticism when he had scored 9), add the Newcastle transfer saga in and the arm waving trying to get the crowd going and it all leads to over the top criticism. We’re all guilty of that at times but the constant shit shouted at JSL is embarrassing.
He can have no chance of ever getting to a ball and i can guarantee 2 of the lads behind me will be shouting how shit he is and should have fucked off to Newcastle. It’s got to the point where Tolu got cheered for winning a header yesterday which was a simple knockdown that he headed out of play.

Has he been terrible at times this season yes but he’s a striker playing with no service. He holds it up and he’s got no one to play off, he flicks it on and no one is running behind him, our crossing ability is really low. We’re basically back to flogging him like we did under O’Neill at times and he doesn’t know what to do and he’s received constant criticism from game 1. Good luck trying to get him to perform with all that bullshit.
