I thought he was good, he's rapid off the ball and running with it, and also used his strength to hold off Derby players trying to get around him. He offered loads of outlets by getting into speace on the left, and tracked back well to make some good challenges. After 60 mins he kinda ran out of steam, but he was a contender for MoM up until that point, he didn't look phased by anything, and linked up well with Doherty which gave us much more options going forward.

I'd rate Helan like this, considering it was his 1st showing after only 2 or 3 training sessions behind him....

Skill, reading the game, overlapping, running into spaces and creating a passing option - 8
Energy and enthusiasm over 90 mins - 7

Tons of potential.
I hope he gets to naturally show it before Kenny gets to him..
