You cant beat being inside a packed molineux, especially when we score a last minute winner, what a tremendous high that is.
The Leicester home game 4-3 was one of my favourite second halves ever. You cant beat being inside a packed molineux, especially when we score a last minute winner, what a tremendous high that is.
Got the best of both worlds against Villa. They were loud at 2-0 up, with a great home atmosphere. Then we had the carnage that followed our third goal that I won’t forget in a long time. You cant beat being inside a packed molineux, especially when we score a last minute winner, what a tremendous high that is.
Can't say I've heard anything aimed at the ref from round by us...That was certainly the case up to 5 or 6 years ago but I hear very little of that where I sit. It’s mostly at the ref.
Depends how thick your wallet is, I suppose.I don't really get the debate here. Has anyone actually said they prefer watching it on TV?
I would say being in the ground and the matchday experience as a whole is better in every way compared to watching on TV or a dodgy stream.
People are trying to work out why posters on the matchday thread appear to be more unhappy than people at the ground and I'm sure it's because there's more going on irl (off the ball movement, general atmosphere etc) than you can see on a stream.I don't really get the debate here. Its also the replays. You get four or five views and spot something wrong with each viewing or angle and it can make you more irritated (hands up that's me) So it can be 3 or 4 posts about the same incident varying in their degrees of sanity and rational thought , starting with FFS! moving to WTF was TRAORE/ NEVES/ COADY doing there, to MARCAL cant defend/ was out of position and finishing with FUCK OFF MIKE DEAN.People are trying to work out why posters on the matchday thread appear to be more unhappy than people at the ground and I'm sure it's because there's more going on irl (off the ball movement, general atmosphere etc) than you can see on a stream.
This post and the two above it are absolutely correct. I assumed all this stuff was really, really obvious - which is why it's always baffled me that people get so worked up over a matchday thread or the postings within it.Its also the replays. Well yeah, if people are doing that it's weird, but there are different levels of support, I guess. I was referencing the nature of the posts within the thread itself. You say it's obvious, I still say it's completely baffling.

Two of my favourite games. That Villa game must have been up there with them - wish I'd been there for that as well. The Leicester home game 4-3 was one of my favourite second halves ever.
The 3-2 away to Derby in the promotion season '09 was one of my best away games too. Mainly for the significance rather than the scoreline.
Leicester 4-3 is my favourite match that I've attended since the 70s ( Arsenal 5-1 and Leeds Munrogate game then)Two of my favourite games. That Villa game must have been up there with them - wish I'd been there for that as well.
Amazing how many people missed every single one of our goals last week. You say it's obvious, I still say it's completely baffling.

Me too, i enjoyed being at the gym in Birminham in my Wolves shirt.I’m sad enough still to be on cloud nine after Saturdays game. Didn’t go, I was travelling about so didn’t see a stream so it was a combination of car radio, radio in the garden and then walked in to sky sports news just as they were at the game for the Neves free kick. Me and my eldest went bonkers as Tim Sherwood described the ball going in. I was happy as Larry with a point having been two down.
I work with mainly Villa fans, my cricket club is full of them too so to beat them the way we did was brilliant. Strange how there wasn’t a single post on the game on my cricket clubs WhatsApp group? Must have been because a called them all a bunch of classless c@&£s for rubbing my nose in it last season.
Pat Murphy on five live getting more and more somber with each report was priceless too. I’ve never watched so many highlights and vlogs of a game!
Still delighted
Nice rabbit punch. You say it's obvious, I still say it's completely baffling.
