Go into "Settings" at the top right of your screen. Then "General Settings" down the left hand side. Then near the bottom there's the time settings, so in "DST Correction Option" choose "DST corrections always off" from the drop down menu. Make sure the time zone above it is set to GMT.

That should sort it.

Its the guests to the site who will still be looking at British Summertime. I'm on a work computer during the day so open the site as a guest.

Fixed. For some unfathomable reason the site doesnt autmoatically apply DST changes for guests. Should be good now.
