Is this a map of the real sizes of the countries (in red)?
I was reading about maps recently and especially about the way countries are misrepresented by actual size, for instance Greenland always appears massive, but in actual fact, Congo in South Africa is actually bigger than Greenland!
All to do with maps on walls and in books are flat but the world being round hugely distorts the sizes of countries at the top and bottom of the sheet. Imagine after all these years of looking at maps thinking places like Canada and Russia are absolutely massive.... and really they're just a bit big. Or very Biggly, but not as biggly as you always thought.

Agree. And what a shame. A disgrace.

Football has been so corrupted and commercialised, had the romance knocked out of it on so many levels. It’s sometimes easy to forget why you liked it in the first place. Or even realise you’ve lost that feeling.

My son though, early secondary school age, is so desperate for the World Cup to start and watch it. And here’s me half hoping the whole thing gets canned, mainly to piss off some fat wanker I’d like to see get his. They’re complete and utter tossers the lot of them who allow events about joy and Corinthian spirit to get so bloated and out of control that this happens.

Anyway, it’ll never happen. The circus is bound to roll on.
