So the US are not invading Greenland, Trump has dropped the tariffs idea and have a 'framework' they can work with. I'm taking a wild punt that the 'framework' is the exact deal that the US and NATO already had that means Ametica can site as many bases and personnel that are needed to to keep the West safe, the same deal that was signed just after WW2.
