Aye, I wouldn't be surprised if he or his family have benefited from some lucrative and entirely unconnected investment opportunities with Russian money but I'd draw the line at the thought of him being an actual plant takin orders. Wars are about strategic and economical interests, not because of compassion. The UK and EU are stepping up now, because they were told to, or the US could leave NATO. If Russia says, if Europe puts troops in Ukraine, that they will attack the troops, no troops would be going there. Soldiers are trained to have resolve, unfortunately, most politicians think about money and power.
