Could, but unlikely. Easiest way would be to get Georgia and N Carolina. Then either Nevada or Arizona. Then he needs a bit of help from the Supreme Court to stop some Pennsylvania ballots being counted.

AP I think is the source NPR is reporting from. Showing the Atlanta metro area at 100% counted now, with 99% from GA overall. Not sure where the outstanding 1% is from, but wouldn't imagine it's from Biden areas based on the county breakdown I'm seeing.

Hard to say whose numbers are correct. The good news is that, as things stand, Biden doesn't need Georgia at all.
