Just stay in Birmingham. Wolves has got to be one of the worst away days in the country. Shit stand, shit view, shit bars. Although I think your in the NB so at least the first 2 don’t count.

Yeah - do your drinking in Birmingham. Just give yourself enough time to get to Wolverhampton.

Yeah its probably easier staying in Brum for a drink then catching the train in.

For a town that is economically challenged we dont exactly welcome people into the area. To be honest it's pretty embarrassing and something the police and council need to deal with better.

Bought my ticket a while ago and loaded it onto my card...

...but have had a ticket come through the post now. Very odd.

This Europa adventure should be about making friends rather than alienating visiting support. It’s shit

Is this available to buy on Wolves TV for people overseas?

Went to the ticket office to get mine, hopefully that'll make a difference.

Uploaded ours to card. Better not be any issues getting in.

I don't speak european, what's the context and the reaction in that thread?

right but where is that-- in front of a pub?

"Wolverhampton city hospitality...these shits".

Comments are comparing today's welcoming with the one Torino fans had at Bilbao, where restaurants bars etc were absolutely delighted to have the fans as clients and were even putting Torino songs and chants on the sound system. Someone else is pointing out that Torino and Wolves fans were happily chatting together at the chiosk outside of the Olimpico and nothing happened so this kind of measures feels completly out of place.

Nkoulou didnt travel with the team, he's in full rebellion so our defence has to change. We have valid defenders but we suffered quite a bit against Sassuolo. I dont see you guys not scoring at least one goal.

I did mine to upload to cards, just got home from working away and tickets on the mat. Lucky I got away early else I would have gone straight to ground and me and my mates would be ticketless #luckyescape

It's fucking embarrassing. And given the precedent of the away leg, entirely unnecessary.
Presumably decisions were led by the council and the police. I would hope, should we progress, that the club would put pressure on them not to repeat these measures in future Europa ties.

Wolverhampton police still police football as if it's 1985. The best I can offer is it's nothing personal, they're this backwards with everybody. I witnessed Wolves and Man City fans walking to the stadium chatting being forcibly segregated last season. There's no need for it whatsoever.
