Jefferson Lerma undergoing Bournemouth medical today ahead of club record €30m move from Levante.

Yellow card magnet..

Hart to Burnley confirmed, 2 year deal. Building up a collection of England keepers at Turf Moor

Good move all round. Hart will be a reasonably decent signing to step into the crisis that Burnley have now. It will be interesting to see who wins the starting berth when all their keepers are fit.

He'll end up third choice, terribly short sighted move on Hart's part.

Agreed Mark. Awful deal from both sides. Heaton will be fit soon and until then they have Lindegard and Legdzins.

My money is on Heaton moving in January, fitness permitting.

Just a logical guess

1. He needs to be number 1 and wont be- Pope is better
2. Pope needs a Mentor- ex England keeper Hart could be good for that and it has been mentioned before he is very positive with other keepers and on squads ( see England)
3. If he was a stop gap it would have been a one year deal for Hart

That pair are shocking though. Especially Legzdins, genuine non-league quality.

Personally I am amazed Schmiecal is still with Leciester. I thought his world cup would have brought him a move. Perhaps Chelsea if Courtois goes.

Butland's been crap for 6 months now. Not sure if they'd be going for him.

No way Oblak leaves Atletico.

I thought Kasper would have gone there, especially with them signing Ward for £10m+ Makes that look a very odd signing

Fraser Forster
Jack Butland
Joe Hart

Three keepers for whom 2018 pretty much ended their England careers.

Burnley and Derby in a Nahki Wells / Matej Vydra swap move.

Bizarre, as Wells isn't worth very much at all and Derby could do with income to avoid FFP issues.

£89m release fee, so it is whether Chelsea want to pay that, and then personal terms.

Apparently they also have their eye on Kepa Arrizabalaga. He is reckoned to be £70m, so I would imagine Chelsea could go further to get Oblak.
