Stepdaughter will be transported from Nottingham to Birmingham tomorrow, with ongoing treatment as an outpatient. Having to wear 2 braces (one on the back & neck) for months, but has been able to stand independently today!

No word on motive. Family liaison officer says he's been a dick in interviews. In court he said that he just popped out for a pizza. Didn't need to mount the pavement for that tho!

Obvs am much more aware at the mo, but frightening hiw many hit & run stories there seems to be happening.
