Bloody hell guys give me chance to get my foot in the door before you start the cheap parts hassle, I do get a discount dunno how much yet though, haven't even seen the actual workplace yet, had the assessment yesterday but that was in a meeting room, there's going to be 2 shifts doing this, and 10 jobs were advertised, so guessing the tech side of it is getting rejigged into a bigger department as we speak.

Lemon jelly it's probably a cable tension issue, maybe a bit loose so not pulling the cable enough to get the mech moving

It's that time again, doing the pickled onions and shallots so that they are ready for Christmas

been having a shit time with some things, so just a nice evening reading at home, some tunes on, mrs jelly doing a jigsaw, and reminding myself how much I love her last night was much needed. Not a lot of words needed, just sitting together.

This house malarkey is a bit stressful, isn't it?

So:

1. Viewed a property - loved it
2. Made an offer on said property
3. Our house listing went live
4. 5 viewings booked in
5. First person to see it has offered 5k under what we need, so I declined and have renegotiated for the extra 5k that we need
6. Dream house has 1 other offer on it - both will be accepted but it's the first to get an offer accepted on their property which will be accepted - RACE!

All of the above has happened since 6pm last night....

Today's update:

We received an offer for our place that meets our asking price. And have accepted. Cash buyer - no chain.
Dream house vendors have accepted our offer now that we have accepted an offer on ours.

So we have listed our house, visited the one we love, accepted an offer on ours and had an offer accepted on the one we love in less than 48 hours.

Really hope there are no major hiccups over the coming months....

I haven't recoved from the ordeal of the process of our sales and purchase.

The lady were intially buying from who then pulled out on the exchange day actually emailed us 2 weeks ago to say her house was back on the Market and are we still interested.
