The Things You Are HAPPY About Thread.

I get the same feeling of excitement whilst sitting on top of me washer .

Does that actually work?

When I was a kid, I remember reading that it's a tremendous thrill to stick your dick into a Hoover...
I did and apart from making it about a foot longer for 10 minutes, it nearly ripped my cock off!

My first shift back at work since May 10th....A night shift but I'm happy to be back all the same

Me, my manager and a graphic designer in our team have all received compliments from the director of marketing - and hierarchy of other departments in my workplace - for the content and design of our recent magazine edition. Always awesome to hear and has given me a bit of a kick up the backside as I'd become disillusioned with work recently. I suppose that's what three straight weeks of data entry do to you.

Reaching a big crossroads in one's life, and happy to be making a left turn .

That's a bit cryptic PPB...

Selling your house..
Moving back to England...
Deciding to at last have a sex change operation...
Going to have kids...
Deciding to leave Mr PPB and scoot with your long time lover... (Kenmore or whatever his real name is)
Running off to live with Pav on his romantic island...

Care to give us a few more details?
What might be the consequence of turning right?

Had an offer of a telephone interview come through my e-mail today for the position of Commissioning Editor at a publishing company in Brum. It's a little bit different to what I was hoping to get into, but it's still an exciting prospect and pretty well paid too! Just slightly nervous as I've not been part of a telephone interview before.

I'm pretty shocked as I only fired the application off yesterday, but they must have seen something in me (or rather my new and improved CV) to respond so quickly.

Good luck Sam.

I'd actually say telephone interviews are easier than face to face as you can have all your information out in front of you to refer to - not as if you can start leafing through things or quickly checking something on your laptop when you're sat in front of someone.

Thanks Deutsch. That's true actually, I'd never thought about that. I assume that telephone interviews probably aren't as formal as face to face ones either.

I've never had a telephone interview before but I'd imagine it'd be a bit easier.

Got the chance of a promotion at work after 5 weeks of being here.

Happy days!

Thanks Sam.

Bit of a long shot but I'm just happy to even be considered as the role is for someone with a couple of years more experience than I currently have but I've shown enough so far that I could be good enough now.

Methinks someone is sleeping their way to the top ?? :)

Hednesford are doing well in the Conference North and this makes me happy.
