The Things You Are HAPPY About Thread.

Magnets are probably more collectible. I mean, how many keys does the average family have, but the fridge is a wide-open white space that needs coverage.

I've never had a Krispy Kreme doughnut.
I feel I've typed that before - there may even be a thread on them here?

I had one the other week for the first time...........don't what the fuss is about. It looks like a Doughnut and tastes like a Doughnut. Nowt special

Overrated and expensive in my opinion. The missus loves them. I'm more s cookie person.

I love doughnuts. The plain and simple Krispy Kreme ones are the best (i.e. original glazed, maple glazed, chocolate covered cream filled) but when they go all fancy they don't quite work and end up being a bit sickly. The best ones are when they used to give you a free original glazed that had just been cooked while you were waiting in the queue (don't know if they still do that?) I admit they are expensive. I had a gift card for my birthday last year allowing me to claim a free doughnut every month for 12 months and this morning's doughnut was the last of my free ones.

The best doughnuts I've ever had were at Alton Towers at one of the stalls. They're a bit smaller than supermarket doughnuts but they cook them fresh for you and are lovely and hot/soft. You get a fair few in a bag too. No idea if they are still there as I haven't been in a fair few years.

I'm not really into any kind of a doughnut. I'm more of a Muffin kind of a gal.

Blueberry ones being my favourite .

Starsky and Hutch on BBC Three. One of my many guilty pleasures...

I get to be a full kit wanker tomorrow. Was asked to play in a staff v students (6th form lads) charity football match at lunchtime. Boots and shinner down from the loft; shirt, shorts and socks (all official merch) out of the wardrobe. I am ready to rock!

Going away tomorrow for a couple of days.
Just cleaned my car and I love how it looks when it's all shiny and clean.
I know it's nothing special, but it looks lovely and powerful.
It kind of crouches on the driveway.

Love it.

(2.0 litre Volvo Diesel, S40 goes like shit, just had it serviced today....)

Another reason to be happy....
Things are moving nicely at in laws new apartment, they should be out of here next week.

Supposed to have been 3 or 4 days... a week max. Now coming up to 7 fucking weeks. It's taking the piss!)

Just finished this match. Lost 2-0, which is a remarked improvement on the 8-0 we got beat last time! Played right midfield, went on a mazy run past two players swung it in and it nearly skewed in from my cross! Won a penalty from my corner kick, which we missed. Swung a beautiful free kick in from about 30 yards, right on the head of our forward who was 6 yards out but headed over. Defended pretty well when needed but my fitness is so poor I could only track back 50% of the time #Sako-lite

Best bit is I now get to finish the working day in my full Wolves kit. Mega!

Went to catch the bus, woman got off and handed me her daysaver, fantastic. Also quite refreshing to know there are still some nice people around.

Off to London to spend the weekend with the wife for her Birthday tomorrow and the weather will be stonking, which is nice...............only downside is she is using her Christmas present and I have to endure 3 hours in the 02 Arena and listen to Michael Buble warble on for a few hours. I'm sure I can block it out though!

Can't believe you're complaining about seeing Michael Buble, I'll go in your place :p
